At the heart of the property is a vast 21 x 8 metres swimming pool, which is accessible from all the houses. This main pool was carefully positioned at the bottom of the land, by the feng shui master. In feng shui, water equates to money so the careful positioning of the pool and the water reservoir were paramount. The positioning of the pool also fosters abundant wellbeing and balance.

There is an ancient wind mill near the pool which has been carefully restored. It was formally used to draw water for irrigating the fields. The mill also has a water reservoir which has now been fitted with a floating yoga and meditation platform.
